As you know board exams will start from next month and there is only few time left to be fully prepared for board exams.In this last time i am going to tell you which methods should you apply to get full marks in your exams.
There is so much stress in these days.So be cool and get stress free by using these mehods.

If you are attending school :
.There is golden chance to discuss your problem.So feel free to clear your doubts with your concerned teacher.
.Do not leave easy part of your topic by examining that you have covered it,Practice it many times.
.Do not start from difficult part of a problem,it may be happened that you may not be able to solve some part in the middle and it can disappoint you.
So start solving the easy part and practice it more and more it will increase your confidence and you will able to solve difficult portion also.
Follow this point in your exams also.
.There must be some relax after 1-2 hours of continue study.
.Give full time for body relax and don't be stressfull.
If you are at home and continuing your study:
As you are at home so you can give a lot of time to your study.At home you can follow this strategy:
.Give near about 4 hours to your study before 12pm and it depends on you how can you study for 4 hours.
.There must be 10 minutes relax after 1-2 hours of continue study.
.Go outside after 12pm and give completely relax to your body and forget about stress.
.Before 4 pm give 2 hrs to your study.
.After 4 pm take 1 hour deep sleep in a completely silence room,it will fresh your mind completely.
.Before 7 pm give 1:30 hrs to your study.
.At 7 pm do Sudarshan Kriya so that you can remember whole study of the day.
Sudarshan Kriya:If you don't know about it then you can watch videos about it on youtube or in the Art Of Living Program or simply do your normal Pranayamas.
.Before 10pm give 2:30 hrs to your study.
.At 10pm to 11pm only revise keypoints which you have studied all day.
Note:Give Powernap according to your schedule.
You can follow your own strategy for your study.
